We are so excited to share a glimpse into our latest styled shoot—a romantic and modern celebration of pastel perfection at the intimate Yorkshire wedding venue, The Chilli Barn in Otley. This creative collaboration was all about showcasing our brand-new artificial floral collection, designed with soft, delicate tones to bring effortless elegance to your wedding day.

From the ceremony setup to the wedding breakfast tables, every detail was carefully curated to inspire couples dreaming of a timeless, yet trend-led celebration.

A Ceremony to Remember: The Broken Floral Arch
The heart of the ceremony space featured our stunning broken floral arch, crafted in shades of blush pink, ivory, cornflower blue and soft peach. This asymmetric design created a natural frame for the couple to exchange vows, perfectly positioned beneath the warm wooden beams of The Chilli Barn. Along the aisle, white tulle chair sashes added a soft, romantic touch, gently fluttering with each movement, while bud vases and blush pink tapered candles lined the path to love.

Pastel Tablescapes & Candlelit Romance
For the reception, we styled the top table with a dreamy floral runner, creating a luxurious garden-inspired feel. Each table was adorned with light pink tapered candles in elegant clear glass candle holders of varying heights, creating that sought-after romantic candlelit ambiance. We paired these elements with blush-toned bud vases and coordinating pastel artificial florals to maintain a soft, cohesive look.

The place settings were just as beautiful—gold rim reef charger plates framed each setting, topped with chiffon ribbon-tied menus with place cards, all expertly designed to match the overall palette and theme.

Show-Stopping Cake Display
The real show-stopper? A statement cake display featuring elegant round plinths, bespoke sailboard signage, and a floral installation that stole the scene. Surrounded by layers of lush pastel blooms, the cake by Cakeandcoe looked like a piece of edible art—almost too beautiful to eat.

Bridal Beauty & Finishing Touches
Adding to the ethereal vibe were the stunning gowns provided by The Bridal Boutique Baildon, paired with soft, romantic hair and makeup by Juno by Brittany Jae. The finishing touch was provided by Photobomb, who brought fun and flair with their photo booth setup—perfect for capturing unforgettable guest moments.
